We offer direct billing
to most insurance companies.
Our office will verify your insurance benefits and as a Telus Health provider, we can directly bill most insurance claims which results in less paperwork and less out-of-pocket expenses for our patients. Our office is transparent with respect to billing practices and when submitting claims electronically on your behalf, we will show you a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) which details the services, coverage and amounts that were billed before you leave our office!
We directly bill insurance providers on your behalf. This is available for: Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross (For RCMP and VAC), Desjardins, Great-West Life, Greenshield, Industrial Alliance, Chambers of Commerce Group Plan, Johnson Inc., Johnston Group, Manulife Financial, Maximum Benefit, Standard Life, Sun Life, Equitable Life Although rare, some insurance plans do not allow for providers to electronically file insurance claims.
